I need to contact support because about 7-8 hours ago I had an 8hour shield up and I put another 24 hours on just in case. I get up 7 hours later and I lost millions of rss and over 352k in troops, because lack of ease in contacting support makes me not even want to play this game and file a complaint against them

I don't know about other devices, but on Plarium for the computer, there is a link to contact, right next to the link to the forum.

I believe there are other links too.

  1. Specify the date and approximate time when you activated the Peace Treaty item.
  2. Provide us with the screenshot of the Battle report of the first attack on your Town. Please note that the date and time of the attack should be clearly visible on the screenshot.
