Yes I had noticed something similar myself but had not posted about it.
I recently rearranged my hero skills and was going to change them again but couldn't because of it crashing.
I have just tested it again and it still crashes.

standered bs about chache, reset computer, update java and bwosers its on there side, but they say its not

nothing new... and same thing with the shaman... have 2 or 3 time opengl error when redoing a hero or shaman tree...
the last major update have reintroduce issue or bug who was already corrected before... by example the extra step for training troop...
Seem that devs working on major update work on older code who don't include the recent bug fixing
