Samsung issue

Hello, I've recently purchased a new samsung tablet to play this and throne. Everytime I try to play it will freeze at 90% and fail to load with a message error connection lost. My old LG tablet and both of my phones (HTC, LG) connect through same connection just fine. Nonetheless I still reset my router and modem 10+ times trying to figure this out. Cleared the cache and even reinstalled several times. I created a ticket but they just sent me automated messages. So now I'm hear hoping to find some kind of fix or let the developers know of the problem if they don't already. Please help me :D

i have  installed vikings on a samsung tablet Galaxy tab S3 (SM-T820), Android 8 (last update 01/dec/2018)


same problem: up to 90% then "error connection lost."


frutrating


1) vikings new installation
2) 1st run: ok would you restore game ?
3) yes, restore from google account (same as smartphone)
4) loading 90 %  => connection lost


another try:

1) vikings new installation
2) 1st run: ok would you restore game ?
3) NO
4) loading 90 %  => connection lost

note:

vikings game only working after installing a VPN on Samsung tablet, but requiring even several loading attempts before it can really be activated
