Hello vikings i have a big problem and need some techincal support i made an payment with visa ,i buy a pack with 10$ discounted from 99 and the problem is cuz my money is gone from my acount and i only recived 3000 gold ....please make something and solve the problem

Please tell us your game ID ("Menu" ---> "About the game") and send the screenshots of the receipts in private message. The payment receipts should include the following information:

  • The date of purchasing the bank offer;
  • The name of the application in which you purchased the Offer;
  • The amount of payment.
