Update from Amazon App Store

It appears that Amazon does not have the correct game version. My Kindle says I need the newest version, but the latest on Amazon doesn't fix the problem. I did a fresh download to a new phone from Amazon: I get the same message. On neither device can I gain access to the game. What is going on?

I also need the update from the Amazon store. Or link my account to Facebook. I tried to do it when the game was working, but it didn't work. I can't restore the account from Facebook.
