I am playing on Kirkevell and at 348:669 there is a stash of 194K iron.
Although i dont have troops there it says i captured it.
Hitting the 'Cancel' button doesnt do anything.
How do i uncapture it?
This seems strange..
Try logging off and on.
Try the other usual computer stuff.
If that fails contact support.
If you can, take screen shots.
I did log out, but didnt solve it.
Still the same.

After checking matters ,I am putting back , what I previously edited out.
I have noticed something interesting.
It says LOCATION CAPTURED BY YOUR CLANSMAN.
This would indicate that its not you that's on the tile.
It normally says your troops are in this location.

If you look in your shrine of Oden does it show you have that march out? Or that little tent in a circle I can see a bit in the bottom of the screen towards the left is that the march? Have you tried to cancel from either of those places? If you are in enemy kingdom maybe when you get sent back to home kingdom it will be corrected.
The shrine of Odin doesnt show it as i have a march out, so in the shrine there is no button to cancel.
Thats what i meant in the first post when i said "Although i dont have troops there it says i captured it."

How to contact support, isn't this forum meant to do that?
Also since it doesnt interfere with my amount of marches i actually dont care.At one point, you had to contact support about game problems,then they moved it to the forum problem page .
They are supposed to see messages here and act on them.
Sometimes they ask you to contact them after reading messages, some appear to contact them directly first.
If the game shuts down, there's usually a box which says restart or contact support.
There's also a link on a p.c. when you open the page to come to the forum.

Your second picture has a caption that appears to have the wrong message .
It should read YOUR TROOPS ARE AT THE LOCATION, not LOCATION CAPTURED BY YOUR CLANSMAN.
which would suggest someone from your clan is looking at the page, or its a clan member that has captured the location,
This might explain why the Shrine of Odin doesn't see it, and you cant cancel it.
Yes that why I had deleted part of my reply. I wanted to check hows things looked.I wanted to see if the 2 screen shots matched.
I had wondered if the second screen shot was from a different point of view.
If you see the message
LOCATION CAPTURED BY YOUR CLANSMAN.
you also see the message underneath
you cannot attack the location captured by a Jarl from your clan
rather than the cancel button shown.
In fact there are several discrepancies, the second screen shot is like a mash up of what the attacker sees, and what a team mate sees.

When i use the watchtower it shows my picture as the one who captured it.
As shown in first picture i uploaded, in green and not in blue as it should have.
But i will try the option to let an outsider attack that tile.

the top picture shows a blue marker, not a green one, the circle should be green.Which is how it is supposed to look to the attacker .
you only see a green marker if its a clan mate on a tile, and no green circle.
its reddish brown if its another clan.
Its the second picture that appears to make no sense.
Where it reads occupied by a clansman, it ought to say your troops are at this location.
It would be counting down if you were on a tile, and of course a troop should automatically leave when full.
Do your clanmates see that tile as taken ... if not maybe just have one of them try to capture it.Yes they see it too as i have taken it.

The whole thing gets weirder.
