My Gold is missing or disappeared!!!

Hi all.

Can someone please explain to me why all my gold (approx. 8.8 millions) just disappeared overnight (during logins)?

Any information is much appreciated.

A few days ago.I found I had no dragon rings in my stock, and I am pretty sure the day before,I had 26 old stock ,plus some new stock that I had forged  for the next level after, getting an update to 'Tibboh'.

I wrote down 26 D.R. and started forging more, and because I wasn't sure which was old stock and which was new I didn't dismantle any.

When I dismantle the rings I write down diamond or elixir to see which material was returned, and as there was no record of me dismantling I assumed they had been wiped , but haven't raised this till now.

Thank you for your reply. Plarium Support team is currently investigating the request. 


But to answer your request, It occurred the night/morning of May 27th to May 28th (PST) and it is 8.8 millions. 

Also I never received the winnings of the clan vs clan battle which we won prior of me moving to a new clan in a new Kingdom.
