Holiday Packs

Hi Plarium and Players,

I have 2 accounts, one that I buy packs for, and one that I don't. I've noticed that my non-pay account has been offered some really great holiday mega packs 3 times now since the end of 2019. My pay-to-play account, however, has not. That account has packs that are titled "holiday" (3 times now as well) but the offers themselves simply contain the usual "special". It has been such a disappointment since I've been looking forward to these packs again since the previous year! Plarium, why is this happening? Players, is it happening to anyone else? I'm beginning to feel like it's because I only gave my last support review 3 stars, lol.

This is intended, the longer you stay away from packs(2 months i hear) you will see mega deals. A good strategy while imbetween waiting for those is to have a second account or more if you wish, to buy even more mega deals and plunder it with your main.

Im 200b player and I didnt buyed packs from black friday, late november...

In the same time i buy subscriptions at least 1 per month (at least for the last 6-7 months, maybe more)... active player, playing everyday.

Almost 2020 march and from 2019 black friday not a single special/mega offer, so im peparing 2 say good bye to plarium

Leaving may actually be a sound idea, but I would like to point out that buying subscriptions, is probably the reason you haven't seen the offers you would like.

Probably, i asked plarium few times but they obvious didnt answering 2 that...

In the same time few friends buying subscriptions all the time and bought megas 2 times after black friday

As I have just written elsewhere.Questions are asked and often we get no official answer on the forum.

All I can say is in the early days of subscriptions an answer on the forum suggested that buying subscriptions affected the bonus packs by resetting the timer .

Is this true now or not ? Was it ever?

We can only trust what people say, unless we see the events ourselves, and have a subjective opinion on what exactly a mega pack consists of and the cost of the same.

I've noticed that my non-pay account has been offered some really great holiday mega packs 3 times now since the end of 2019. My pay-to-play account, however, has not. That account has packs that are titled \"holiday\" (3 times now as well) but the offers themselves simply contain the usual \"special\". It has been such a disappointment since I've been looking forward to these packs again since the previous year! Plarium, why is this happening? Players, is it happening to anyone else? or not ?
