How do I delete account and start again? I do not like the kingdom and current account state

You cant delete the account, they may do it if you ask them.

The alternatives are:

Start a new account.( different email needed )

Before committing to this new Kingdom, check it out, and in the mean time do not go above palace 5, you will have 14 days from the time you start playing, to move again for free.

Keep the present account and fast track to palace 21, and move it using drakkars.

Keep it for practice, build it up slowly and then move it later  if by then your present kingdom hasn't  changed to your liking.

Please note you can start a new game on another device. Then synchronize your game account with Google Play, Game Center or Facebook and restore it on any device to continue playing the game there. You can find more information about the synchronization by following the link below:

If such method doesn’t suit you, we can take necessary steps to replay the game from the start on your device. In this case, we need the following information to proceed with your request, send it please in PM to me:

  1. Specify the ID number of the account that is opened on your device after reinstalling the application. You can find the ID number by going to the game Menu, ‘About the game’ section.
  2. Send us receipts of purchases made on this account. You can find the purchase history by following the steps described here:
