You cant do much with so little.Do you need this to enable you to get something else?
You can buy gold, but wouldnt buy the expensive way at all.
The other ways are winning with clan events,or luck with the daily bank gifts and the 30 day log in gives ^ BIG^ gold 4 times.

It does not matter how little you can do with 500 gold.
Why not explain, in detail, all the ways a player van accumulate gold? Ignore the obvious choice to buy gold.
Clearly, this is a question is from a new player. It is a legitimate question.
As there is no Player's Manual, questions like this are not answered anywhere.
I have been playing for 2 weeks and I have the same question.
As in most online games, the documentation is horrible.

Are you serious or just having a laugh?
You have already asked numerous questions, which appear to have mostly been answered, but to be none the wiser, because you appear to require B follows A, C follows B sort of answers,with inherent explanation at each stage what A , B, and C and so on mean as well.
You have also been directed to the video tutorials, and the start page information,so to still suggest that you dont know how to get gold is hard to understand, especially as, if you have been playing for two weeks you would have had to find considerable gold to shield your town.

gold is gifted each day for fee under bank offers under the subscription section at my level I receive any thing from 2,000 to 63,000 you also will receive shamans energy or hero energy or boosts it is random, you also can a reward for loyalty each day each time you visit the game which includes gold, the reward increases each new day you log on all the way up to 30 days then on the 31st day the reward resets to what you would receive on day one again and the process begins again. I think on the first day you will receive 250 gold and each day the gold will increase you will also receive other things with the gold like a second prophet on day 30 and a second craftsman for day 29 you will also get other useful thing for each daily reward too like 7 day vip status hero and shaman energy etc.
