Did not receive purchased items

I have purchased 2 packs on 2 different days and did not receive the Gold and items in the packs even though the purchase was verified by a receipt in iTunes Store.  How do I get the items I purchased?  Who do I contact about this?

Support should help. either wait for them replying here, or contact them directly.

In the mean time collect all the evidence that you have , or search for other posts that will tell you what you need.

You are not the first that this has happened to, there have been a few reported in here in the last few days. 

They are probably in technical  where it is the usual place to post for problems with the game mechanics.

Please tell us your game ID (Menu-->About the game) and send the screenshots of the receipts in the personal message. 

You can find the payment receipt in your e-mail or you can look through your Purchase history by completing the steps given in the link below:

  2. For iTunes https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT204088 For getting more detailed information, we recommend you to follow the specified link from your PC.

  4. For Plarium, having received confirmation from your payment system.

You can use sites for creating and posting screenshots and paste the screenshot link in the personal message.
