Is the only way to relocate to a different kingdom with my friends, by using the drakkar? I am already past lvl 6, didn’t know I could move before.

You are not the first to be caught out this way.
Also, you are lucky you have now the option to move,previously you would have been stuck where you are .
So yes you can use drakkars, but there are obstacles, the first is getting to palace 21. If you cannot wait till then, start a new account and jump for free,before you hit palace 6.Dec 31, 2018, 20:3212/31/18

BEWARE your new Account will need an upgraded Vault to receive significant resources from your first account assuming they both join the same clan. Upgrading the Vault requires upgrading the Palace and if you go higher than a level 6 Palace you are back to square One. Better to wait for Drakkar to become available.

Reviving ancient threads is particularly silly when their subject matter is out of date. The novice relocation has been discontinued.

Normally you would only find old bones if you go looking for them.
You are right though,except if the novice jump question was raised again recently,which it has been, answering it so long after its asking would be pointless,even if the novice jump still existed.
The statement also fails further scrutiny.
1. There is no guarantee that a new account would be assigned to the same kingdom in order for a transfer of resources to take place.
2.Failing this,the novice jump would be used in order for a transfer of resources to take place.
3.The amount of resources would probably be of insignificant amount to be troubled over.
4.The vault has nothing to do with how much the town can hold.
