New Feature - Choose A Champion To Lead Your Army!

Arm Your Champion With Powerful Equipment and Weaponry!

STRATCOM SECURE TRANSMISSION

Commanders!

Good news from STRATCOM! Champions have been designated to lead your armies into battle!

Your Champion is your greatest weapon in the fight against Morgana! Equipping your Champion with special Equipment Items and upgrading these Items will grant your Troops special bonuses that will enhance their statistics during battle. There are different Champions to choose from, but bear in mind that each Commander may have only one Champion.

If you have not yet selected your Champion, you can do so now by clicking the Champion icon in the top right corner of your screen! If none of the Champions immediately take your fancy, do not fear! Your Champion can be changed at a later time using a special Item - the Champion Selector. You are also able to change the name of your Champion if you so choose.

Items of Equipment recovered from battles are kept in your Inventory. These Items all have distinct qualities and improve the statistics of certain Offensive or Defensive Troops, depending on the Item. There are four Rarity classifications for Equipment Items: Common, Uncommon, Rare, and Legendary. You’ll receive Equipment Items as spoils of war when battling Morgana’s forces at Infestations. Certain pieces of Equipment come locked in Crates, for which you will require the appropriate Crate Key to open. Keys can sometimes be recovered in battle, but should you be in need of a particular Key, you can get it at any time by visiting the Black Market. You can also upgrade your Champion’s Equipment, by scrapping unwanted Equipment into Parts. These Parts can then be used to upgrade other Items. However, bear in mind that once broken, an Item cannot be repaired – so think carefully before scrapping anything.

A limited number of Equipment Items can be stored in your Champion’s Inventory, although it is possible to unlock additional Slots using Crystals. This will allow you to store more Equipment. Once all of the Slots have been filled, you must either scrap Equipment Items into Parts, or remove them in order to free up space. Once your Inventory is full, any Equipment Items you collect will automatically be sent to the Temporary Inventory. Items in the Temporary Inventory will be stored for 2 days, after which time they will be destroyed unless you move them to your Inventory or equip your Champion with them. NOTE: If both your Inventories are full when new Equipment from battles is received, the newest Items will replace the oldest ones in your Temporary Inventory automatically.

It’s time to get cracking, Commander! Start developing your Champion today!

I don't mind losing troops, but rather use them on players, not hitting NPCs where in the long run you have a 100% guarantee of losing more than you win.

Lol, half the answers in the topic removed. New feature "Bermudes triangle" implementation test in progress?

By the way as I said before bermudes triangle implementation, champion is made to try to put back people on infest on a daily basis but that doesn't mean i'm against the champion as from time to time infest have to fall to convert infantry and armory. Yet the changed mechanic on infest still prevent me from doing them all daily as I did before the changes. I don't even ask to go back to old mechanics. The only point here is you do this new change, fine with me i'll take advantage on it little by little, but that won't change my view ont infest since the changed math of infest and i think it won't change the view of other players who changed their habits towards infest since the changes (the worst one being not the official one that just needed to add a 50% banking and that with time got filled, but the one non official after that make drop probability of full pay from around 1 for 3-4 to 1 for 10 on average when bank of infest is full.

By the way expanding the number of daily infestation by adding notably low level infest is a good move as it allow to play a little on them while I work on the bigger ones and allow everyone to get at least a few equipment for their champions.

The champion doesn't have his own level, it's based on the level of your account.

I need absolute clarity: is the enhanced off & def power resulting from the gear the champion is equipped with only applies when fighting infests or in all combat situations such as PVP, war/challenge. emitter. tapsite, deposit, tournaments etc?

The offense and defense boosts from champion gear apply to troops in all situations.

All boosts apply to the base value, so if you have a troop with 1000 base power, level 20 techs (40% boost) and a 25% boost from champion items, the total power would be 1000 * (1 + 0.40 + 0.25)=1650.  Not 1000*1.4*1.25=1750.
