This was a smart move.  Take 2 person who talk with players on all forums. Only two. They are for all browser game forums, but also for all the facebook gamepages.  They also have the duty to talk  and inform all moderators. Also these 2 smart ladies it seems do not play any game. Maybe that is why we only see them post something in the first 2 days they became introduced. This is a very good improvement to the forum.  A much better way of communications between Plarium and players.

Thanx for this.. it's much better now, the forum is for the players now. And for the moderators... I seen already a couple of moderators on the facebook pages leaving and turned down their jobs.

Plarium go think! After making the game worse, you also do it with the forum/facebook pages. Your moderators are running away, your players are running away. When will you see this? When will you get some sense and become smart?

First of all, let me ensure you that we do play our games. We play on test servers, and we may not have the same experience as you do. But I'm sure you agree that it would be unfair if Plarium employees played on the same servers as our players do.

Next. We do have a lot of work to do in our Communities, but it's our job to make you feel comfortable here. But it's up to you to decide whether you need our help here or not. But after reading your comment, I think you do. And I will help you with your issues.

We have a strong moderators team and a lot of experienced players to answer gameplay questions and help players with the most common issues. And if the issue cannot be resolved by the moderators and other players, we appear. But we always give a chance to our Communities to evolve, to find the best options, to discover new game features and to reach success in what you all are doing here. 

We will guide you through the world of our games, help you to find the bright sides and become your connection with the developers.

I think there are a lot of players who think else. Just count all the posts in the game where people asked to make it possible to attack Genreal Winters or the Plarium Emitter ;-)

I just gave you my concerns about the way of communications given to players with my post. I don't need help. but some other less experienced players might.

It's just interesting that you now just "Woke Up". And post some things again in the forum. After my post.

Actually, I wouldn't mind seeing plarium employees playing on the live servers (with a regular account of course, not some special admin account with infinite crystals).  It would give them a sense of how the gameplay goes for normal players.  Or, you could allow certain experienced players to join you on the test servers.  more people testing = more bugs detected before they hit the live server, and it would give plarium employees a chance to interact directly with players.

I am wondering how high level players (80+) are dominating upgrade tournaments? 

 How do they even have anything left  to upgrade? 

 I am wondering, since i think i will be finished upgrading before level 70.

For future reference, questions like this should be in a dedicated topic.

They probably did complete everything, but with the relatively recent addition of Upgrade Chips, there are more upgrades for them to complete.
