that's what I've been doing for the last 4 days and still no solution !

I don't want to be disrespectful but this is really frustrating !

Commander, we've made an automatic fix which is applied to the users who can't login. Still if there are players who can't login after this fix, our technical agents will apply it for every particular player. That's why I ask you to contact Support again.

5 days and they can't figure out what the problem is !

It's been the weekend 2 of those 5 days (Which I believe Plarium takes the days off for), and the Help Desk may still be sorting through a large amount of tickets from the relatively recent Total Domination: Reborn incident.

As the General has said, Plarium has introduced an automatic fix. It simply may not have been detected by your browser, and as the General has suggested, try clearing your cache and cookies.

If Internet Explorer still asks to be your default browser, then you can do anything :D

Clear cache and cookies !! like I've never heard that before ! I'm not a tech noob dude ! 

I have answered all their questions and sent them screenshots as they requested !

Put yourself in my place ! you are at war and your clan needs you , what would you do ??

this isn't just a day or two , it's five days dude !

No, I'm not. As my title implies, I'm a Moderator, who tries to help players and keeps everyone in line with the Plarium ToS.

I have been in your place before, unable to login before, and I attempted to contact my clan mates outside of the game.

If you have the contact information of any of your clan mates, you can send them your orders from there while the technical issue is being sorted out, it may take them a bit to make a fix that works for everyone's system, as they are all different.

If Internet Explorer still asks to be your default browser, then you can do anything :D

When you couldn't log in , was it for 5 days ??

was your clan at the beginning of a very important war ?

were you one of your clan's Key Players ?

I'm not just an ordinary lvl 60 player , in fact my lvl is way higher than yours dude !

I have spent a lot of money on this game and I will not accept that I'm not able to log in for 5 days now !

Unexcusable !

and btw , I'm being cool and calm about it ! if it were someone else , you would be reading F bombs and insults of all kinds !

is that what it takes to solve this problem !!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, technical issues do sometimes happen in any online game.  Plarium is working on fixing the login problem, but needs to identify accounts that are experiencing the issue so they can figure out what is wrong and fix it.  Please contact support and explain the details of the problem you are experiencing so they can fix it.

Support has been contacted 35 times, Its a joke, 24 hours between reply's,,  That account is one of our key players, And I to assume that something more underhanded is going on here ??

Commanders, let's return to the constructive conversation here. You want to get access to your game, we want the same.

The fix was introduced some days ago. Though there are some players who still can't access the game. Such accounts can be fixed by our technical agets via Support. So please contact them to solve this issue as it was suggested before.

Now I will explain why clearing cache and deleting cookies are requested to be made. There are lots of reasons why a players can't enter the game. To know the exact reason, we need to exclude the most common cases and provide a solution. This is a regular procedure which is important for further effective assistance. Our agent strive to provide fast and effective assistance though it is stated that the response time may be up to 24 hours due to volumes of tickets that are sent now. Please be patient and help us to help you.

Since you're not giving us the reason of the problem and your tech guys can't figure it out , I'll tell you :

when you did the updates , somehow you changed my account's email to the old email ! yes changed the account's email a YEAR AGO !

how do I know this ?? well I've tried to send a new ticket just 20 min ago with my current email and somehow for no reason you changed to the older email !!

which by the way I no longer have access to !!!!!

Fix this and reset my account to my current email which I've been using to log in for a year now ! it's that simple !

I have found you what the problem is , now Fix it ! No excuse for you now !

Commander, after the recent update the emails that were linked to your account were changed to ones you used for the registration on palrium.com.

Now we are trying to update the login data of such users.

Well , I finally get my account back, Still intact , except for the lost resources, mission rewards, And infest data in the combat advisor, But to my surprise, Not even a hint of an appollagy, or offer of compensation, lost echelon run etc,  I'd like to thank my friends for thier support, And even you General witers !


But, I would appreciate some form of compensation for the inconvienience and the stress over this for the last 7-8 days,,
