We’ve released a slew of important updates and features aimed at making our website even better than before.

We’ve redesigned the main page to make everything feel cleaner, clearer, and more efficient. Now, we’d like to hear from you! The options bar at the top of the screen is too big now, makes it difficult for people not playing in full screen.

And it seems to move with the top, if you scroll down.

(Forgot if this happened before in PC; I used a mobile browser for a while and it didn't, but it's a lot more obvious there since it takes up about a tenth of the screen there.)

If Internet Explorer still asks to be your default browser, then you can do anything :D

I wasn't aware that the main page ever needed a clean up, but right now it just feels massive and in your face. A little overwhelmingly so. The zoom setting only affects the black strip running along the top so it doesn't help in the least. 

On a side note, are you ever going to change the trailer for TD to something more realistic? I get that it's a cinematic, but at the same time it invites the assumption that the game will be at least slightly as awesome, and it's not. People who decide to try it out based on what they see in the trailer are going to be vastly disappointed and will likely leave immediately. Suddenly a lot of the low level sectors make sense. The trailer for Stormfall is a much better representation.

What the hell are you doing to help the people that can't login, I have 4 clan members that are not able to access thier accounts.  For 2 days now!


Great update once again, on things that didn't need updating, Now people have issues, and the main page looks like something from the 90's Good job , once again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Commanders, we'll fix the issue of leaving the game for going to the foprum. This will be corrected soon.

As for top panel size and scrolling bar which hinders zooming, these things have been also reported.

Commander, can you please explain what exactly you mean by "massive"?

We'll change the font size, for it not to be so big. What other changes would you like to see on the main page?

Its apparently difficult for these players to send a support ticket fro nowhere??  When they can't even retrieve thier game id for a ticket ?  I can act on thier behalf, But I am not sure how this will be helpfull ?

I believe Tapsites will be a new type of Deposit.

However, I believe there will be more information on this new type of structure once more data has been collected by the appropriate scientists.

Is that what's causing the login failures? I got locked out for no apparent reason three days ago, so I wrote a nice, polite, detailed letter to support indicating my issue, that I'd attempted to fix it and a couple of screenshots for good measure. What do I get back but the same way to initially fix the game (clear cache/cookies) suggested back to me, and 6 questions requesting information, 5 of which I'd provided to them beforehand. Is support comprised entirely of bots or are the people there just incompetent? I'm all for playing nice and being polite, but hell if you guys don't make it frustrating sometimes.

And yes, before anyone asks/wonders, I did create a new plarium ID just to complain. It would be hard to use my actual account since the email is being rejected every time I attempt to log in.

Commander KESTRAL , our Support team may ask you to perform some repetitive actions in order to make sure that the issue is not related to the regular loading / login issue. Please assist our technical agents and provide the info requested once again. Also, specify whether you changed the e-mail address used for your registration into a new one. For now, we are checking if this causes the login problem. Thank you for your patience. Be sure, we do everything for you to get access to your Sector!

I Can't log in as well !

I have contacted plarium support , answered a bunch of nonsense questions and sent them screenshots as they requested !! no reply yet :/

I was playing the game when the Updates happened and since then I haven't been able to log in again !

I tried " Forgot password " but it says " No account matching this email was found " !

So My question General Winters is : if my account isn't registered to my email, why am I getting emails from Plarium " Commander, get ready to unlock your trunk .. " !

Obviously it's registered to My email ! so your excuse is not true !

The problems are cause by the updates , you guys just don't want to admit it !

I'm really getting frustrated here !
