Tribute points are awarded when you successfully collect resources from an invaded sector (1 point for 1 resource).

You need to find an active player's sector and invade it to collect resources. You can often find players who will let you collect their resources in exchange for stationing some defense on their sector.

It's just simple...
1. The Smart Solution
You look for a active high level player / friend. You make a deal with him/her that he/she can invade you for tribute points, and you invade his/her sector.
( only thing you have to do is to set up a proper defense at your friends base)
2. The Easy Solution
You look on the map for a BOT account and invade that one. If the bot is not blocked by the system and is still active, just invade that sector with a few units. Bot's don't fight back.
3. The Cheating solution
You create an ALT-account. Level it up and invade your ALT-account sector. (it's not allowed, but there is also no control in doing this) Worst what can happen is that your alt get blocked by plarium. If, then make a new one.

for me it's first because i have 3 to 4 of my friends playing this game and have level above 40
