Troops Will Not Be Dismissed When You Run Out Of Credits To Pay Them!

STRATCOM has implemented a contract overhaul. All your troops are now bound by Clause 15.2(b), which states that they can't desert, even in tough times.

From now on, if you don’t have enough Credits to pay your army, they won’t abandon you. If you’re producing fewer Credits than you’re consuming, you can still hire more and more troops, and never lose any for lack of Credits.

That being said, your army still consumes Resources if you have them, so keep an eye on your Credit production. You can’t have a negative amount of any Resources, but if your troops are consuming them faster than you can produce them, you’ll be stuck at 0, preventing any construction, research or other advancements. Don’t let this happen! Construct and upgrade your Banks and Vaults to keep your Credit flow in the black.

But if the troops can't desert anymore, we don't need the unit upkeep anymore right?

Commander, you still need the credits to maintain your troops and hire new ones. That's why you should care about the credits amount.

Maybe another vault or two is in place for the people who are in the negative all the time?

so when you are at 0 credits not troops will go? will they take other resources? will the building of units already running will stop when there are no credits in the bank?

When you are in negative C production, and you have C in you bank, you can build units. But only an amount that can be build in the same time your C go to zero

if you are in - C production, and you have also nothing in your bank you can not build units

You can go on siesta for weeks an come back stronger without loss after pending builds.

hitting some one wont weaken them only slow them a days U &  T  Build.

Now you never have to have D out  they cant weaken but only what was left out of bunker.

be certain that all banks have 50 K C to keep them from continued raids . unless they be sure to raid for less than 10 k raid return value each hit x 10 times BCs only  for max balanced damage/take

keep your clan members  charged  up 50k total after any raids. Or none they get only sector damage points an  any new  born builds in cooker

Another 6 vaults would help me fix my credit consumption.

but i dont have anymore space on my sector .

so why not just add more levels to the vaults so we can produce a maxium of like 100k an hour .

I can't tell what you're trying to say.  Troops in the bunker have always been safe, only the ones in your sector die when you run out of credits.  And those would have to be killed before you can raid someone anyways.  So this update wouldn't really affect raiding in any way.
