OK, what's today's trick to making the game work?

*sigh* Everyday an adventure, right? I dumped my cache and re-started the game 3 times and it still does not work reliably. I can't get my mail to open. My messages won't work. When I try to research technology, I get a message that I only have 300 credits. My resources display says I have over 7000 credits. When I try to scrap unneeded parts, it won't work. Then I get an error message that says my parts have been scrapped. When I re-open the scrap area for my hero, the timer is running for the item i "tried" to scrap.

This game is "fun," right? Does anyone know--Plarium has a track record, right? They know what they're doing, right? Or is Plarium all Beta and no solid game design?

If you're using Firefox, please reinstall your browser and Flash player. Firefox doesn't work correctly after the last update. It updates to a 32-bit version, and if your OS is 64-bit, you'll have some issues.

If you're not a FF user, please do the following:

1) Try to clear your browser cache to make sure that all the game files which are saved by your browser on your computer are replaced with new ones, containing the new game information. Please press Ctrl+Shift+Del to access the menu from which you can clear your browser’s cache. Then reload the page. In most situations it helps.

2) Make sure your Flash player is up to date.

3) Try to access the game from another browser or another PC if it's possible.

4) Try installing Browsec VPN extension for your browser.

5) If it doesn't help, please follow this instruction:

1. Access Chrome -> More Tools -> Developer Tools - http://screencast.com/t/dXnNlwFTV8y6

2. Access Network tab http://screencast.com/t/rRKZ9T9bsG

3. Try to access the game

4. Do the right click on any line and tick Save as HAR with content http://screencast.com/t/gxsrje20g

5. Input the following command in cmd: tracert plarium.hs.llnwd.net Then make a screenshot of it.

6. Send this information to our Support Team: http://support.plarium.com/Tickets/Submit/.

They will help you to understand the reason of your loading issues and will help you to fix them.

Also please let us know if the issue is resolved.

The 32 bit issue didn't just happen but its an issue non the less.

After you install the 64bit vs you will need to remove the 32bit vs. Go to your control panel / programs and delete the x86 (the 32 bit)

Folks, you don't get it, do you? I'm NOT gonna re-configure my computer programs every few days because Plarium doesn't know how to program a damned game if they want my money. Now I've dumped my cache multiple times, I've cleared my computer memory, I've shut down and re-started my browser multiple times, I've checked and up-dated Flash. I call *********! Plarium got the last of my money, now and forever. I won't put up with incompetence and pay for the privilege! This is nonsense. This is NOT customer service. This is customer disrespect!

Maybe it's time to go out and get a new computer if you've tried reseting all the software and it's still not working.

The issue described above is not on Plarium's end, it's on Firefox end, and we cannot help you to resolve it. You're the only one who can solve such issues. Either use another browser or reinstall Firefox. Then you will be able to continue playing without any issues. If you'll have any other questions or concerns, you can always ask for advice on forum. We will gladly help.
