Unexistent new trade messages

Hello!

My trade advisor notification says there is new unread messages, but in fact there is no any messages at all, and notification does not disappear.

I have noticed the mail behaviour is similar - no unread mails, but the icon with an envelop says I have 1 unread.

I think most people are experiencing this type of issue with the mail system, rather than their Advisors' reports.

However, Plarium is planning to fix this all the same.

Yep I've had that problem for a while, have 3 mails now that I can't seem to get rid of.

The Trade advisor seems to be fixed. The mail bug is still present.

I keep hearing they are working on this issue with there being phantom messages and trades and some even have phantom techs completed.

I have no unread messages and unread trades,  yesterday I only had 2 unread messages and the unread trade. I get on today and now I have 3 unread messages.  Please get this fixed it is really aggravaiting and distracting when you can get that bright orange exclamtion point off your screen.

its not that its a serious bug, its a low priority bug, the person working on this im sure has bigger fish on his plate based on number of games plarium has.

This bug could easily be explained as an in-game "feature".


Morgana (the super A.I.) has breached the firewall (yet again) for the STRATCOM messaging servers, and as a side effect of this, we see these phantom messages. Some sectors of the Wasteland have better firewalls for their internal advisor messaging servers; hence the reason that they aren't affected.

The developers are working on it, and will release the fix when it's ready.

To restate what MrGringo (2 November, 2016, 11:25 PM UTC) said, it's a lower priority bug (Doesn't affect many players and/or minimally affects actual game play). However, it will be fixed none-the-less.

Well with the recent update it has made the message issues even worse. Getting Winters messages on messages from fellow clan members, am not getting their messages at all it seems. But have not been on much today will check it again tomorrow to see if that at least has been straighten out.

most are paying real money to plarium and any complain should be looked into. any money lost , because some people thinks it's a 'Little Fish"issue. if you feel any issue that would cause ppl not to spend money here then they should really not post on here.  trolling posts ,Donnie, just to leave a comment is not something a normal person would do with their time. Me I stopped paying money cause of "Little Fish" problems like this.  It has to do with the generals emails that are sent out by plarium.  wait until you get a message from him the click empty and they go away until they come back and believe me its not even ten minutes before they do come back and with out the gen email you are stuck with phantom emails.  maybe the bug is occurs when the gen msg is going out to ppl as a dbl msg.  thank you and get the issue fixed youve been upgrading so much stuff and its been a month now and we still have this problem. FIX IT!

Yeah, probably, if half of dev team fired or left, and the company need to hire new ones, then wait until new devs get to know the code...
