First of all, feedback: I have yet to give feedback about this AMAZING game. So, here i go. This game is extremely impressive. When I first found this game I was looking for an online risk game and decided to try this. I have been playing this game ever since. I do not have much money so donating to the game is not something that I do often but I have done in the past and will do again. I have recommended this game to many people and I am currently in the process of getting my grandfather to play this game and Soldier Inc. I am quite sure he will enjoy it because of the fantastic quality but superb simplicity. I also want to let everyone know at Plarium know that all of you did an awesome job on not only the Total Domination trailer, but all the others. The music fits the games really well also. The creativity of the units and their description is amazing. The story of the wasteland is also another reason I love this game. Because of the vast creativity and imagination that at the same time is not unrealistic for the time and age of the game has helped me brainstorm original ideas for my graphic novels and I thank all of you at Plarium for that.

First Suggestion (Crystals): I do understand that an in-game currency in necessary for a free to play game. BUT I do think for people that play this game that do not have much money to spare it would be nice to have cheaper prices on Crystals. Plarium is quite a big company and there is so many people that buy Crystals on a regular basis that I really would doubt the company is going to go broke because of reducing prices just a tad bit. Although, I do have to say, Plarium has done a really good job on the more frequent sales on Crystals. So, here is the summary of my suggestion: I am not going to tell Plarium the percent to reduce the prices on Crystals because I do not have access to statistics on purchases, but I think Plarium should reduce prices for Crystals and decrease the amount of sales they have on them. Therefore the lessening of income will somewhat balance out.

Second Suggestion (Battle Mechanics): So, we all know that how we go about battles is very simple which is good in a way, but I have done some thinking on the possible ways of making the mechanics or game play more enjoyable. I have finally found one. For example, you click on a Quarantine Zone infestation in your radar, but when you click on it you get a page/window that displays a map of the area you are a attacking. There are certain zones where you can attack and deploy troops. Each one of these are named specific titles. The player must take each and every one of these zones to successfully complete the infest. But this change in the battle mechanics would not only be specific just to infests or AI battles, but they could be put into effect also with Deposits and Missions offensive and defensive alike. With each zone taken on the battle map you would get a reward of troops and everything you normally would get after completing a infest (If it is an infest). Some of my ideas for names of the zones that you would have to take over on the battle map are as follows:

  • Deployment Zone
  • Line of Defense
  • Mine Field
  • FOB (Forward Operating Base)
  • Supply Depot
  • Old Military Base

When attacking or defending one of these zones there could be combat bonuses that relate to the name of the zone. Such as: "Deployment Zone" gives a increased evacuation time and deployment time to and from your sector or "Defensive Line" gives a defensive bonus to the defensive player or AI but if taken gives a more valuable amount of troops because of the loss. When finally conquering the whole map you will be given a greater reward because of the time, effort, resources, and troops put into it. This is a little more complicated of mechanics but would add more strategy and fun to the game. And not to mention because of the greater ratio of veterans and hardcore, non-immature players versus younger, non-serious players I do not think making the game more complicated wouldn't hurt, in fact I don't think it would make this game more complicated, but it would make it a more hardcore strategy game!!!

Thanks for reading and maybe considering anything in this post.

Commander, thanks for your feedback and ideas. We try to do our best to keep the game engaging in all the aspects.

As for your crystals suggestion, our Statistics department studies the data on this issue so the prices are stated in accordance with this info. Frankly speaking, I don't know its specifics, but I will forward your suggestion on it to our developers.

Concerning your suggestion on special Zones, I like this idea but I have some doubts on its realization. The infest sites are located randomly, so they don't take much place on the map. Such Zones can be quite extensive so we should consider the way of locating them with no harm to new sectors appeared.

I like the idea of adding or extendin g the activities for the game to be more interesting.  However, we should take into consideration the possible ways of such changes implementation.

Thanks

I think the crystal price is actually fairly good.  If they dramatically lowered it, yes the people who don't have much money to spend would be able to buy more, but so would the people who spend thousands of dollars a month, so they'd still be ahead of everybody else, and they'd end up even farther ahead of the people who build troops instead of buying them.  Having high prices and sales is a better model because people can still get some crystals fairly cheaply (just wait for a 70-80% discount) but the people who want to buy millions of them have to do it at the higher price, so they don't get as enormous of an advantage over everybody else.

As for the battle mechanics change, it sounds like a pain.  Maybe they could add a special event or something with extra zones that have multiple battles, but I still want to be able to do my normal infests :P

The game does have very good graphics, they could actually lower the resolution quite a bit and it wouldn't cause a noticeable change on most screens.  Although one thing I wish they would change is the loading screen, I'm tired of seeing that every time I log in and of people watching over my shoulder thinking I'm playing some kind of weird S&M game...

I can only come up with one idea atm, but I think it would be great if players were able to trade Serums.

That would be nice, although there would have to be some limit on it (like can only trade serums of equal level) otherwise people could use alts to get tons of them.

The only really major difference there would have to be is when you click on the infest sector on the map it would bring up another window in the game of a mini map of the infest you clicked on. From there the map would be just a whole bunch of zones, which would work just like regular defensive and offensive infests.

Sell artifacts for resources, not "trade" they can't be on a system like modules. Also add bioplasm to trade like normal resources.

Hello all TD players.

What u guys say if we can build units only for credits, don't know if someone already put this idea, but think how much we actually waste credits when raids come back with most of credits (100k). Trevor your team can make one more column, regular units, elite units and C units, and let's say they cost just double as regular troops. For example valk cost 500 res and this unit can cost 1000 credits. And they can have maintenance cost like SCAR units did, what I mean  ...higher.

I think we can get with this just better dinamics of game and more action. And get some balance between players.

So what you think?

The problem with buying sapphires in this game are that they are already too expensive and since I live in the Philippines, it takes a month's salary to buy $99.00 worth of them.

Why can't the prices be adjusted to what normal people in different ares can afford.

Also, log in problems have started again, I have several people in Facebook chat whoare talking about quitting the game and going elsewhere where they can get more gameplay without the intermittent no log in problem.

Um... you're on the td forum, sapphires is a different game.  If you were trying to get to the stormfall forum go here:  http://forum.plarium.com/en/stormfall-age-of-war/

As for the prices, they're balanced toward american and european currency values, your results may be better or worse depending on the relative value of your country's currency and average income.

I have not experienced any login problems.  Facebook td is also another separate game that is managed by different people, they may have problems that the plarium total domination game doesn't.  You should go to their forum if you're having trouble with that game, nobody here can help with that.

Neither daily quests nor raids can give you crystals...  And sending crystals between accounts will most likely never be allowed.

@Klaus.65 (25 July, 2015, 11:21 PM UTC):
To the Help and Support Desk.

However, since you're using FaceBook as a picture host (And I don't recognize the clan on this server), you're likely from the FaceBook version, and you should report the multiaccounter at FaceBook.

If Internet Explorer still asks to be your default browser, then you can do anything :D

Don't you mean This Game is Extremely Expensive? And unless you have a lot of money to just throw around you can't and won't get any where with it because if you ever try to get a colony some one and anyone much stronger then you will take it away and kill all of your pathetic army. Then you have to start again and still get nowhere. So far unless your rich this game is a useless waist of my time. By the way even if your stupid enough to invest money in this game it's gone in a day or two just trying to get ahead because everyone else is already a lot stronger then you. Why not try making this game worth while for those without endless pockets of money and not allow others that are 20 times higher then the other persons level to attack them. I tried to get some drachmas I was okay for the first hour then I lost almost all my troops in a matter of minutes because some one a lot stronger then me annihilate my soldiers and just took it. If you want this game to be successful you really need to make it more level based or even keeled someone starting out should have a chance at getting drachmas without losing all there army just for trying.

Commander WARLORD5050, I remind you that this is a free-to-play strategy game. So everyone has equal conditions for the development. Sure, there are players who can benefit from items that cost crystals, I won't deny this, however personaly I know a lot of Commanders who succeed in Total Domination using their skills of planning and strategy. I emphasize that this is a strategy game, so each try should be well-considered. This works for every type of quests or activities you do every day. That's not so hard to blame strong players for the losses, but a true warrior can always ind a way out. Good luck in the Wasteland!
