There was one of these on the Soldiers Inc. forum, and it ended up being a 'fork', like it is here... :/
The Sandworm, for being the only BioPlasma unit.
The Fighter, for being the only Air Force unit.
Also the Sandworm for being the only living thing in the group .
The fighter for being the only non-artillery unit.
Or the sandworm for being the only bioplasma unit.
(both of these are true, not sure which one you're looking for)
The Fighter.
Simple reason, all the other three have the same movement speed while the Fighter's movement speed is way higher
Some answers are possible.
Fighter. It's the only air-unit, it's the only unit that has a higher speed, it's the only unit that has a build time more then 3 hours
Sandworm, it;s the only unit you crate with bioplasma instead of normal resources C, U, T. and, it's the only unit that got introduced later in the game. All other unit were in game from the start.
Plasma cannon, it's the only unit that has less build time then 2 hours
So counting the things that are different.. The fighter wins with 3 reason's

Fighter, because it is the only air unit while the 3 other are artillery units and they of course can be deployed under a Hellstorm artillery platform where the fighter does not belong.
Even though the sandworm is alive and made of bioplasma which differs from the material that plasma cannon and disintegrator are made of, they still fall under the same family of units created for the same purpose and therefor they do belong together. But, if the sandworm was also flying,...

What you mean you haven't trained your sandworms to fly yet?

Hmm, that would explain why my soldiers were complaining about "worm guts everywhere" yesterday...

3. Disintegrator for being only unit about we are not sure either it kills enemy or erases their identities as it creates micro black holes inside enemy.

jk :P I think he's talking about major traits, not the details in their descriptions.
Obviously it's the fighter since it's the only flying and air unit while everything is artillery
Am going with the Sandworm for the reasons below
i would say the sandworm
it's alive
The fighter, it's an air unit, while the rest is artillery units..
Sandworm because its the only biological unit in the bunch.
