THAT, my friend, is a very foolish change. I don't normally like to throw my credentials around, but take this advice from someone who has an MBA in marketing: You had a good thing with the infests before, because you appealed to people's sense of gambling. You have to give players a chance to "win" at the infest game to keep them coming back.


It's like blackjack. Most people lose money on the blackjack table. There *is* a way to consistently make money on blackjack, but it's extremely difficult and requires math and good knowledge of probabilities. Only a few can win at blackjack every time. A lot of people do win, occasionally, at blackjack. Most people lose, overall. But what keeps people coming back to the table is that they *can* win big if they're smart, or lucky at the table.


What you've done with this newest update is take away the ability for people to win. Now, it's not even gambling anymore--it's just a loss. And nobody will play blackjack if they're guaranteed to lose 3% of their money, with no possibility of winning more. It just doesn't make any sense.

hi i am not sure if i am post this in the correct place but i have a question regarding infest mission, if u raid an attack mission say lvl 63 and u fail and build more troops and send like 10k-20k until it is done do the number of troops at the infest increase as i have send army of 10k-20k over and over but everytime fail to raid it, what am i doing wrong please help

A level 63 requires about 685,600 power to clear.  

If you are sending low power units (Troopers/Cyberdogs), then it will take over about 36,045 Cyberdogs or 17,140 Troopers to clear a level 63 (Using the default statistics.

i understand that if i use low power units it will take long to complete but my question is do the enemy number reset for every try on can u grid them down until all are dead,thanks for the reply by the way

They don't reset, the troop numbers only decrease as you kill them off.

The units don't come back, there are just a lot of units there and if you're only killing a few at a time it will take a long time to kill them all.

when are we going to see some stuff about levels 101-125 on here and did any one else notice it seems like it takes less power to kill 100s now? or is it just me.. i'd like to see some screen shots of max payouts 101-125 or if anyone knows.. and is the 30,000 interceptor payout i saw on facebook only on facebook or do we get them too?

I haven't noticed a significant change in the amount of power in infests, but I don't do them that often so if somebody wants to post screenshots I'll analyze them and post my results. 

The same rewards are possible on both games, you could win 30k interceptors here although most payouts are a mix of offense and defense so you'd be more likely to get like 20k interceptors and 2k battle cruisers.

i appreciate the screen shots maniakaal, but i was looking more for max payouts on 101 -125 those are the medium payouts i seen a guy get 7500 cepptors on a 101 as a medium pay, i'm wondering about max pays like the old 100 defense use to be 11k ceps and 2500 bc

It looks like there may have been a slight change to lower level infests, will need to see some full payouts from low, mid, and high levels (most of mania's ones were partial payouts) to figure out exactly how they were changed. 

Btw the current average strength of a level 125 offense infest is 5.15-5.2 million.  It may take more or less to kill a particular infest, depending on what type of troops are in it and what type you send.

My offensive infests will not produce new ones. I have no o infests, but 112 d infests. I tried using the tab that gives you 5 new infests for o and d but that doesn't work either. I've tried turning in a ticket and they told me I had to get my answer from this site. Any ideas??

The best Offense combo is- Nemesis, Thunderbolts, Disintergrators, Exterminators Total resources every 24 hours = 589k per 24 hours
 
The best defense combo is- Combat Chassis, Vipers, Quantum Cannons and Excal's = 526k per 24 hours
 
The best all round combination for maximum resources per 24 hours and balancing the resources is-Nemesis, Thunderbolts, Quantum Cannons and Excal's = 608k per 24 hours
 
The best all round combination using elite's-
Nemesis, Thunderbolts, Quantum Cannons, Elite Disintergrator, Excal, Elite Exterminators = 912k/344 crystals per 24 hours

Basic 24 hour production values pre node and artifacts;
Infantry
Dog = 82k
Glad = 55k
CC = 93k
Trooper = 144k
Valk = 80k

•    Defensive infestations- Because you get to see what is in the site there is a much simpler method you send 10 of the same defensive units what ever it kills you deduct what you killed from the total figure then divide what you killed by the figure you are left with then X 10 that will give you the total figure needed to kill the site.
•    The best way to know how much to invest on an infestation is to find a recent report that someone has posted add together the resources paid out this is the figure needed to win off that infestation i do think there is a range but as long as the figure you find off the report is reached you know you will win. Each time we win if we post in this page we will find out the amounts needed for each level i have started this already but i only have the higher levels look in forums if you need to find out your sites amount if it cannot be found in this page.
•    Non mission sites will pay all resources back where as mission sites only pay part of the invested resources back so i use the mission sites to load the resources then break the non mission i wish to win off once all resources are paid you will be in the minus by 50% of that wins total resources so say if the win equaled 50 million resources your Rbonus (infest bank) will be -25 million you must be in positive to win so going for a site that pays less than 25 million after winning off a site that paid 50 million means you will blank.

Spending nodes
 
•    Based on what we have learnt i would personally use the nodes on;
•    Exterminator or excal
•    Disintergrator or qc
•    Credit Cost
•    Thunderbolts
•    Nemesis
Any units that can be won from the infestations in my opinion are a waste of time reducing the build time accept the ones i listed units that can't be won you may wish to upgrade thats personal preferance i.e i like valks as my infantry and on infestations you rarely ever get a valk payout as you get higher up.

No, the max level infest is 150.  It takes about 7 million in offense or defense to kill a level 150.
