I see similar issue for 2 days.


When game starts to load until 70% or 77%, it displays an error saying "Connection error" with an error code "Connection lost".  I only have 2 accounts and only play the game on a single computer.  And I can log on to the other game (Vikings).  So the problem is specific to this game (Throne).


Please stop my account ASAP.  I don't want to lose the cities (due to peace treaty expiry) which it's not my fault.  Thanks.

This is absolutely insane!  I've done everything, clear cache, cookies, browsing history, all my stuff is at the newest version, drivers and cards checked for updates and are fine.  I've reset my router, tried it on Firefox, IE and Chrome and it's all the same result.  Today, I was able to log on to what I call my main account and was playing for about 30 minutes, got booted and now get the connection error. 

Interestingly, I have two accounts and it's only happening on one.  The other one I can get into perfectly fine.  So, the issue isn't on my end at all.  It's on Plarium's end.  How else can you explain that?  I sent a ticket yesterday, no response as of yet.  I'm sure I will get the same cookie cutter response that tells me to do everything I've already done multiple times.  I'm losing points for my order in the wars, wasting my VIP bonuses, etc.  I get bugs and glitches occur, but this is just so random. How frustrating!

Okay I fixed my 77% bug. I don't know if it is fixed for good, but as soon as I did this my accounts logged in. I was using a second router, in addition to the main source of internet that came into my house -- to extend range and slots for multiple devices. I reset both routers, that didn't work. But I ran a direct line to my main source router and walla, was able to login.

So, if your having the 77% login bug, review your home internet system and look for any place where multiple ips addresses might conflict. I'm not a tech person, so maybe it was just coincidence, but just passing on what worked for me. Good Luck!

They are connection limiting. At times. Correction - their CDN's are connection limiting. Probably primarily around new event / assailant times.


With all accounts logged out, bring them up one at a time - at some point some will start getting the error. (Next time, load in a different order, and you'll probably see each come up successfully, then stop around the same number. i.e. it's a connection / internet error, not something within your home. If, say, Plarium has 1,000 connections to that CDN, and you come in early on, all will be well. If you're near the max, sometimes you'll get in, before someone else, sometimes the reverse.)


"Connection error" and "Connection lost" have nothing to do with you / your connection - either their code blowed up your browser and it reset that tab, or there is an error between -their- servers and -their- CDN. If you can get to the internet, you have no connection issues - it's them.


Solution: Run a proxy addon. (Or run a VPN.) Come in from different IPs / CDNs.

I'm having the same problem.  The game loaded and played fine for about an hour. Then lost connection and won't reload. Have already cleared cache.

Same issue.  Worked this morning with no problem.  Tried logging in after lunch and it stops loading at 77%.

Even across proxy countries.


Now "BalancerErrorHandler: Problem with Internet connection. Message = Abnormal disconnection."


Here, the internet connection it means will be between the CDN from which it is being served, and the CDN's connection to Plarium.


Implication: It really is a 'Plarium central' issue, not our local computer or internet connections.


[If you can get to Google, it's nothing to do with you or your premises/provider, and everything to do with them. Zip you can do about it until they resolve their issues.]


Ironic: Can't get into game, but can get into forum, both served from https://plarium.com.

This happening to me too, Keep getting this error.


"BalanceErrorHandler: Problem with Internet connection. Message = Abnormal disconnection. Red Restart Button underneath. 


Nothing wrong with my connection whatsoever. Been on the internet all day.
