Has anybody else found bugs in this game. I had one that cost me my entire army due to my town defense being supposedly down. I cant prove this happened but I was wondering if anyone else found bugs in their gaming. I want everyone to be aware that the support team will never take any accountability for any flaws. Great customer service for a pay to play game.

I can't even log in, gets to 95% then comes up as internal error.

Done all the usual stuff, cleared cache, rebooted,tried other browsers tried another computer, hell I even got a friend in another country to try & log-in, all the same result.

Plaruim "support" won't reply to my ticket.

I bet they also take no responsability if I get hit & all my troops & rss get taken

it is never their fault ....we are all ** who don't know how to use a puter, well that's the way "support" answers come across

Eventually got back in after 36 hrs of being glitched out ...... now will Plarium do the decent thing & reimburse me for the losses their faulty coding caused ?

And the answer is no.

Despite finding out the problem was widespread, indeed it also hit 3 or my order mates, Plaruim refuse to accept any responsability for it & won't reimburse losses.

With that little bit a bad faith on their part a lot of spending has now been curtailed in our kingdom
