The support was never their in the first place ! removing it would be no different to leaving it there. It's Plarium's way of laughing at people who encounter problems and gliche's within the game for example a shield going down early might cost you Millions of troops, if you can prove your shield went down early (harder than you might think) the best you can hope for is about 200 gold!
