Bought TWO package and receive only ONE

On the 24.8  I had bought TWO of the wednesday day advantage packages for 4,99 € and still today I had receive only ONE of the offers. I wrote plarium but I become no answer althought I send them the screenshot of the pay safe debit.

I am about to lose patience and doesn' t understand that plarium has no need to give players the support that they deserves.

How long time ago you have bought it? Once I waited for my pack during 1 day

Sometimes they need time to check their wibbly-wobbly system before u get your pack back

If you're playing on a browser make a habit - purchase whatever you want, then refresh the page.


Regardless, packs after a purchase usually go down in the return they offer - especially if you waited a while before purchasing it.

Are you sure you didn't just get 1.5 the return or something?


Alternatively, did you check whether your card was billed once/twice?

I'm sure their tch support will ask these 2 questions.

Hello,

I'm waiting from 24.8.2017 to today (31.08.2017) on my second package !

it was (as I checked and also by screenshot to plarium sent) 2x 4.99 € from the Paysafecard deducted.

How much longer should I wait???

The first package was there immediately! I bought it directly behind each other and I also noted the included things / quantities.


If you can not buy twice the same, why is the purchase or the booking and confirmation is displayed at all possible?


It is outrageous that no one from the support responds!

Yes, unfortunately it is!

Plarium does not think it is necessary to answer me.

4,99 € is not worth it !?

I wrote to the support twice and constantly check my email account.
