Game progress on Plarium.com is reset to beginning

If you see another game account when starting the game in www.plarium.com, you need to log into the site using your account details.


If you have entered your account details, but there is still another account open, use the technical support contact form. Describe your problem logging in and provide details.


Make sure to specify:

- The coordinates of your Town and the number of your Kingdom

- The platform you play on (mobile version, Plarium.com)
