Linking your account to Plarium ID

After linking your account to your Plarium ID, you will be able to move your game progress between two available platforms: plarium.com and a mobile device.


If you have only used the mobile version of the game before, first link your account to Google Play, Game Center, Facebook, or Apple ID. This will prevent the unintentional loss of your data.


If you started playing on the plarium.com site and would like to continue playing on a mobile device, follow these steps:

1. Launch the mobile version of Throne: Kingdom at War.
2. Go to the Account section of the game Menu.
3. In the Restoring box, select Plarium ID and hit the "Restore" button.
4. Enter your Plarium ID details (email address and password), then hit "Log in".
5. Wait until the game that was started on plarium.com launches.



If you registered on plarium.com via social networks, first log in to your profile on the site and enter your email address and password in settings. This data is required for your Plarium ID.


If you started playing on a mobile device and now want to continue playing on plarium.com, follow these steps:

1. Launch Throne: Kingdom at War on your mobile device.
2. Go to the Account section of the game Menu.
3. In the "Link to services" box, select Plarium ID and hit the "Link" button.
4. Enter your existing Plarium ID details or create a new one by hitting the "Create" button.
5. Log in to the plarium.com website and enter the details of the Plarium ID that is linked to your game progress.
6. Wait until the game that was started on the mobile device launches.

Except the "link" button for Plarium ID is not even available on my mobile device. How am I supposed to connect them?



Ok figured it out. Had to link to my google play or facebook account. Then I had to delete the app from my phone and reinstall it. When reinstalled it had the "link" button available.

I wonder if ... having connected it to google play, as they note it needs ... could you have gone into browser and pulled it from there, rather than having to jigger it to get to the 'push' point.

This is a joke. I had a old account on my mobile device. I linked my 540b pc account to my mobile device, now my pc account is my old mobile account, which I never use. I was hoping to switch my pc account to my mobile device. Now my 540b pc account is lost. =(  48 hours with little help from Plarium. If anybody can help it would be much appreciated. Plarium didn't do their homework again. I've already heard of other pc players losing their pc accounts due to this issue. I sure hope plarium takes a close look at this update, because nobody should be moving a mobile account to pc with all the lag issues.... it shouldn't even be a option. I thought this was the reason for the update, because pc user are not happy. We've had multiple pc user quit the game because of this issue. Now you have pc users losing their accounts after dealing with endless amounts of lag issues and bugs during big events.

Please provide me in PM with the following information so our team can resolve your issue as soon as possible: the name of the Kingdom, the coordinates of your lost Town, the exact name of your Order, its tag and your name in the game.

I am having the same problem as Nikzen. I just lost access to my level 35 town because my Adnroid linked my email address to a new player that was created on my phone. I need my level 35 back that I have invested more than 1 year in working on/ How do I do that?

Start with http://support-portal.plarium.com/ticketcreator/throne/en?devicelocale=en&spGame=throne-web


They will be able to help you. They will need as much info as you can give them, such as, from above: "the name of the Kingdom, the coordinates of your lost Town, its tag and your name in the game", etc.


If Roger doesn't reply to you, first. He's been rather good at that. :)

My old account name apocolypso level 31 kingdome 33 akhrumt i was trying to restore but i accedentaly use link botton then replace my samll base after that i lost my account now i conect with new game

I have the same issue now. I made a ticket and wrote to administrator, but i think my account will be burnt before you restore it because we are in 4 KvK ... I have only 6 hours shield and we are friday under COVID 19 ...

What about my army ( 450M of troops) ?
