Server has been broken for HOURS!

What are you doing to resolve?????? It may be the weekend but your clients play 24X7! FIX it!

I've been unable to stay logged in for more than a few moments, or to log in at all, all day now.


I'm getting awefully close to my shields coming down and to say goodbye. Is there no post with an update on this? The game is unplayable and was laggy the 1-2 days leading up to today too.

Could get on last night and when did, couldnt see half of the chat screen as blank...


trying to use hero or inquis was was of time as didnt move then when did got stock on repeat hitting the target ;p


wasted boosts, people will have shields down and suffer big loss to the work they have put in ;p


Today  ===== no active server CONNECTION LOST

Game still does not load? been 2 days now. using browser, using plarium play nothing, gets to 80-85% then fails. this is the worst the game has been broken since i started playing. Plarium never gives a real answer just some generic crap that does nothing to explain or what the problem is.

Was soll langsam der Krampf? Seit einem Tag kommt man  so gut wie gar nicht ins Spiel und wenn es nach 50 Versuchenendlich einmal klappt, dann fliegt man nach 5 Minuten wieder raus. Schaltet den Server ab, reseted das Tei und startet ihn neu und solange nagelt ein Schild ans Portal: Server zur Reperatur abgeschaltet, dann haben auch alle Spieler die gleichen Möglichkeiten

Still having the same issue as well. I posted to the administrator of this forum as well as sent in 2 support tickets since Thursday. Shows the same exact problems as posted on the screen shot above.


Anytime i send in a support ticket. They never take responsibility of their actions as usual and afraid this is once again going to be another one of those "It's not our fault" I have sent in a system wide email in our order to send in tickets and to come to this forum as well to post to the Techinical Support Administrator as well.

Everyone on Discord that I have talked to throughout various kingdoms have all had the same issue as well. Not to mention they play on all variety of platforms as well.


This shows it's a platform worldwide issue.


Could it be an issue with your Go Daddy Domain or ???

Oh come we play n pay and you guys are going to see us all burn? 

Then in a while you will be wondering why we all moved to games on other platforms.  

Contacting you on an individual basis is a waste of time.  

You offer the same old rookie advice,every time!

think the specialists need to pull their fingers out of their behinds and sort this out...it is 24hours now....it seems to have got a lot worse since they introduced that new extra long video on loading screen

I have already contacted support  through email and i have been kept up to do date thus far. My assumption is there is an error that is harder to find that originally expected. or worse case a hacker managed to hack and did a number on the programming. At this point without full details every assumption could be plausible, in my eyes.

Yes this is a Plarium based issue.


-Windows 7-10 

-Different computers

-Mobile devices

-All Family member accounts

Chrome direct & plarium app(worse doesnt get to 80%) 


All with the same issues. No difference anywhere. Crashes on changing screens, chat unresponsive, 12-30 sec delays on killing appo/assail, adding skill points, changing gear, kingdom-castle changes

Unreal! It's not like PLarium is some mom-and-pop company in Iowa! If Plarium is this unprepared to handle problems they need to close the doors and let customers spend money with a company that actually cares!

I am done with this game. I found Magic the Gathering Arena while this game is broken. Will be playing that now. Laters all.
