Does the game-support really exist ?

Has anyone experience with the support ?

I've reported an error/misfunction of the game (disappering ressources bought before from the bank) some days before, BUT no answer till today ……. not even a "having received your request"

Support is only really available via Menu / Help.


I've used them -many- times. Always responsive and a decent experience. Mind you, I don't expect responses in less than 3 days - but don't remember the last time I didn't get a response long before then.


IIRC I do get a 'question received' message within minutes after using it.


* YMMV - I've never had a billing issue, so can't speak to things surrounding such.

Click on 'Roger Montgomery' before his player icon at the left of his post. You'll go to https://plarium.com/forum/en/profile/1546709/

 - scroll down and you can click on 'SEND MESSAGE' to send those details to him privately, rather than here in this public forum.
