Cardinal update broke combining mats in browser

Hi.


After this latest update of Jan 31, you actually lose mats if you try to combine them in browser.

I had 8 simple wool and 4 usual, and tried to combine the 8 into 2 more usual, but first got an error message stating that "You are running out of workshop supplies". Numbers were not updated. Next I tried to combine only 4 simple wool into 1, which ended with me having 0 simple and 3 usual.

Verified in a second browser. And the support link in-game is broken atm, so I cant report it there.

Same to me, I had 12 planks, got the error message as above - running out of materials - and after relogging 6 planks had gone.

Same happened earlier when I tried to merge runes. I was told - not enough material - and after relogging the 12 runes, 3 different ones, I had tried to merge were gone.

Can't reach support, the page is blank.

I am pretty sure I combined 4 to 1 at the final step instead of 8 to 2, after seeing this error, without being presented with any error message. However, mats apparently disappeared as the final listing shows.

ok, got the same error again.



Thats the inventory, wanted to combine the 8 lumber.



That is the error message i get. If I try again to combine, the material will disappear

The message pops up the moment you click on combine.

And after relogging the 8 Kanzholz are gone, without there being 2 more at the green Kantholz.

Yes - Same error msg happening to me in Chrome browser. Have documented MAT loss also. Upgraded Workshop 1 level, refreshed browser window, problem seems to have abated (perhaps temporarily).

I've been having the same issues, same materials problems.  Lost some materials, but the greater issue is when the problem/bug will be resolved.  I'm afraid to even try again.  I've had the same error message as that shown by SUNDRO up above.  Also many issues getting into the game and/or being kicked out because of your server issues.  (Yes, I clear caches, have good connections, etc.  This is basic computer stuff most of us check before commenting online.) Issues on both Plarium.com and on the App.  Sympathy for the team trying to fix bugs - but would appreciate openness on the fix process.
