Login problem

When i login i see only a black screen.

I try 4 different browsers (safari, firefox, chrome, and opera)

I use Mac. OS X El capitan

It happened just after you tried  to login ? 

Have you some screens ? Is it black browser window or all monitor ? 

I just didn't face with that kind of problem so it will be great for you to describe it in more details mb somebody know what to do

Hi, Yesterday I formated my cellphone, and unfortunately I realized that my account did not have a link with Facebook or google game play. It is possible recovery my access if I send you the coordinates? And the city's name? Best Regards

Since new update yesterday I had several problems to login (Plarium Play App or browser - same problem). Game loads to 90% then displays "Connection lost, try again i a few minutes". Is this a known issue?

Edit: Internet connection is stable. Vikings is running fine
