Let me share with you what happens if you do that.    Support tries to side step and does not assist in ANY way at all.    Roger, I would love to hear your opinion of this level of support........   This one might be going to the Better Business Bureau again.    They completely ignore the issue reported.

DO NOT purchase the St. Patrick's Day progressive offers.    Many are reporting they are getting only the 1st offer and none of the others.  Then when they have reported to Plarium Support, they are refusing to help.

The mobile ss post of 1/4 was from Lewk, orignially - captured shortly after the time of his writing it.


It is baffling how Support could even suggest many of the things they do. It is quite obvious that this is an experienced long term high paying player acting in a timely manner. He knows what's what and pursuing a game glitch - not frivolously wasting his time just for ten bucks, which will be quite obvious to Support. For all the packs he buys ... $10 isn't the issue - it's the game glitch (apparently) experienced by more than a few. The fatigue level of such glitches has become quite high.


Just look at this thread, and the time and energy expended elsewhere to be leveraged here as well. Let alone, as experienced players, having to answer all sorts of inane questions due to the glitch / inconsistency.

I was very tempted to grab a set of these offers, I can use the VIP and all the materials from errands.  I won't; However, spend any money while issues like this continue to occur with woefully insuffecient support to handle it when they ineviatably do.

Honestly, I'd have to be a complete idiot or a millionaire without a care to spend money on a game with this sort of feedback in the last day.  If you can't or won't support people who want to spend money, you really don't want the business.

Roger, I (and I assume many others) really do appreciate the effort you put in.  It's very clear that Plarium support is understaffed, overwhelmed, underinformed and overoptimistic.  Hopefully you can convey that Plarium customers are unimpressed, frustrated and spending their quarantine money elsewhere.
