I am Master of a new Order and for first two tournaments we are eligible for we are placed in First League instead of Sixth League, with impossible to attain even first Checkpoint of 2,000,000 points.

, your power is not only not enough to get you into OvO, it keeps you in the 6th league for everything else.
Can you post a screen shot of your league level in the tournament, or has it already scrolled off? e.g.
Sounds like you definitely have a case / are reading things correctly. You may as well send a ticket in - although I expect you cannot post the above / it has scrolled off.
Support will be able to look it up, though.
