There is no record of such except any cc related pages that went by. Even on the cc, it will only show the amount.
You will also see the flash and scroll of rss being added, but it is brief, and disappears.
Unless you are quick or take screenshots, there is no way to know what you got.
They only way you can tell success or failure is by your top line (where food, lumber, iron, stone, silver, and gold levels are shown) - your gold level will have increased by your purchase amount.
It is what it is, I suppose.
