If you are able to see the event in the events window, like:

You should be good to go. If you're not, post here with screenshots - maybe we can help.

Do you see Orders War in your list of events when you scroll down?

e.g., After clicking on it, on the right side, I see:

If I click on the banner, I get:

If I click on the underlined X: 308, Y: 491 above, I get taken to the map screen at those coordinates.

If your enemy doesn't have a Citadel, click on the membership tab above, then on one of the players. Beside 'Town:' are coordinates - click there and you'll be taken there, as above.

Order members tend to mostly group together, so if you find one, you'll probably find more.
