Hacker Report in Kigdom

A russian alliance in a new Kingdom 140 thats not even a month old already has players with billions in power. Completely ridiculous and no they didnt just spend big bucks. Since there is no option to contact support on mobile Im posting this here in hopes of it reaching a higher up and perhaps sparking an inquiry.

Perhaps try http://support-portal.plarium.com/ticketcreator/throne/en ?

Found by clicking 'Support' at bottom of https://plarium.com/en/strategy-games/throne-kingdom-at-war/game/

Takes you to https://support-portal.plarium.com/en/throne-web/faq - times out on me.

- http://support-portal.plarium.com/en/throne-web/faq seems to work. (No s on http.)

Carriages allow players to change kingdoms no matter their size. In some cases entire orders are moving to new kingdoms.

Apparently not, in a sense. Some have been unable to move due to having too much RSS on hand, and they are unwilling to lose so much. Seems higher the power the more carts are needed, while max. RSS you can take with you is 300M, or something.

I  have noticed more and more alternate accounts all named almost the same in different kingdoms  betting they are just feeding the actual account resources etc.  Makes it tough to compete against. Some even have alts in several Orders...  I  wish Plarium did more to check on their games actual  playerbase..

We are having a problem in kingdom 25 with a Russian player named Be3yN4uk. He was with our order which we gave him billions and billions of resources and he kept asking for more so we cut ties with him. Now we are held hostage and not able to yield without being attacked and losing what warriors we send out on yields. Surely Plarium can block players who act this way. He told the kingdom leader 'Mia' he was waiting for carriages so he could leave the kingdom but yesterday (all day) there was a pack of 15 carriages for $9.99. This guys isn't going anywhere and now (if Plarium cares) they're looking at many leaving the game. There should be some kind of way a report can stop a player from being a nuisance. He was with a different order in our kingdom but has now moved on to us to hold hostage.

He's even told one of our players he wants $$ and if our player pays him he will leave him alone. Come on Plarium.... stop this nonsense. You're going to lose paying players.

Greetings!

We understand your concern, but we assure you that there are no hacks for the game. We constantly check for cheats available online and none of them work.

Also, some Lords may decide to rely on attack strategy. It's their choice, and constant successfull attacks on other Lords' towns and resource location doesn't count as out In-Game Rules violation.

You can see our Rules by the link below:

In that case please contact me in private messages. I'll need a short video with transition from the player's message to his profile.
