She is asking for in game translation I guess.
It has been suggested by many players to have in game auto translation feature which is good so as to interact with players who don't speak a common language.
Its not possible always to use external translation tool like -Google translator, for every message that we see in our global or regional chatrooms.
And hence, I do not see any non English speakers like Russian players joining English speaking leagues and vice versa.May be game developers can work on this feature and have a in game button to enable/disable auto translation perhaps?

It should work and it will show the message- "Text has been copied to the clipboard". It should also temporarily highlight the line that you are copying too in game.
(I tried it on Android)
