Laggy hard to play game, give incorrect package for purchase selected, and treating players like everything is their fault... Just curious as to where you see this game going with the way you guys are laying out your principals?

Thank you for your question. Plarium is always working hard to improve their servers and trying to introduce new features so that players do not get bored with them. As far as your question about standards, there are all kinds of players in this game; some may spend money, some may not. But spending only accelerates your gameplay into achieving things quickly rather than being patient and playing slowly. We all want to achieve things quickly so players tend to spend money in order to be better. There are many playstyles which you can adapt in this game; you also do not need to be a spending player but you may apply different strategies when you play. For example, training Infantry units and using them in PvP tournaments to achieve better and stronger units. If you face any issues with your gameplay or have a technical problem, then you can contact us and if it is a complicated situation, then you will be asked to contact Support so that they can provide you with full support.
With every game, there will be issues. Developers, Plarium included, work tirelessly to improve the experience for all who play. This is why player feedback is so crucial. Plarium works to address players issues by creating patches and game fixes based on players issues that are reported. We encourage players to be vocal so we can improve gameplay for all. Hello! From community side, we have a very limited impact on such Discounts. Several departments work on their balance and they rely more on specific data and analytics than on players' suggestions. Unfortunately, it’s not a part of the game our players can affect directly or pass suggestions about some changes to it.
