Lost rewards during a game outage for update
Lost daily bonus reward that I believe was for returning or a previous purchase.
The game froze/stopped responding right as I clicked "Claim" the claim button went dark but nothing happened and it didn't say I claimed it but the game just stopped so I closed out the game completely and re-loaded it to find that not only was the reward of 100 emeralds + other goodies not added to my inventory but the entire reward page vanished even though I still had a couple days or more of daily rewards.
This happened around the same time the game kept going offline temporarily for server maintenance / updates so I think that might of bugged it out completely and I lost out on the remaining days of emeralds + other stuff it was going to give me.
I have attached a Screen shot "NOT of my own account but my 2nd account just to show you the reward page I'm talking about" -This one was from a paid purchase on my 2nd account however and I don't believe the one on my main account that vanished was from a purchase but I could be wrong and it might of been from last year I really don't know but I do know I didn't get all that I was supposed to get.
PM me and I will give you my castle info for the one that has lost it's rewards, again it's not the castle in this picture! (Pic is just for reference of the rewards page I am talking about that vanished.) -on my main account.
