Yes, obviously. But if one's Eagle's Nest is upgraded to the highest level it can be without using expensive sketches, shouldn't the game for the sake of fairness distribute at least a few sapphire hamlets at a range that the Eagle's Nest can see them? One would imagine that the game code can distribute hamlets in such a way that there are at least a few at a distance from all castles, at least the ones that have an Eagle's Nest upgraded to its maximum level. I can understand that sapphire hamlets are out of range for a few days, but for me it's beginning to be around a month now, which makes it seem more like a permanent bug instead of a temporary hamlet drought. Now the only place I can get sapphs from in game is from tournaments, which means I have to wait for them to finish to get the rewards.
