It could also be the device you play on. Mine is working fine so that is one thing i am thinking it could be. There is a way to clear cache on your phone as well. I am not sure how androids operate (google should be able to tell you) but an iPhone you can clear it by going to the iTunes store and then tap the search icon on the bottom 10x in a row. The screen will go white and then back to the music icon after it clears. Deleting apps and reinstalling them as well can clear a lot of extra data they store. It wont delete or remove anything you use to play but clears out a lot of unnecessary data that is stored in the app. I do this on games i play frequently to try keeping them running faster and my phone carrying less data.

I reinstalled and it’s still very slow. Feels like your servers or something along those lines are overloading which is causing slow gameplay. It’s very annoying to navigate anywhere in the game now.

Please make sure you have a stable and well-working Internet connection. 

The servers are not under load and there is no any increased activity on them that could lead to slow game loading.

Idk, Stormfall is the only app in which this happens. I stream videos fine but when it comes to SF it’s super slow. Been getting kicked off the servers a bunch too lately

Sometimes deleting and reinstalling the app will fix this issue.

This definitely still isn’t resolved. Myself as well as many others are continuously seeing slow/laggy gameplay and getting kicked off servers. Can we get this solved before any other updates. The game is very jaggedy right now.

What type of phone are you playing on? I have not heard many complain about this except a handful. Some were because the device they play on cannot keep up with the amount of data needed to run the game or it could depend on the region you are in and could be a connection issue.

I have an iphone 6 and it still works great. Try clearing the cache in the phone. you can look up how to do it online but if you go to the itunes store and click the "search" button on the bottom and tap it about 10x quickly it will flash and it will go back to the music button. once that happens it clears all old cache stored in the phone. if you delete and re install the app as well it will clear the game stored data and run faster.
