Plarium Play related issues

My game won't load. How do I fix it?

You may need to reinstall Plarium Play. Uninstall it, download a fresh copy, reinstall, and log in with your Plarium ID.

If the issue persists, please find the "pp_log.txt" file and send it to our Support team. You should find that file at this address:

For Microsoft Windows:

C:\Users\~Your username~\AppData\Local\Plarium\PlariumPlay\pp_log.txt

For Mac OS X:

/Users/~Your username~/Documents/PlariumPlay/pp_log.txt

Note: Windows users can also access the folder containing the log file by going to the Plarium Play Settings, scrolling to the 'Troubleshooting' section, and clicking 'Show log file'.

Maybe we payed for services inside this game which can not be used due to the situation.

cannot: train troops for 3 days now , recieve rewards , progress towards events due to previous reasons

can: pay money

there are plenty of screenshots on the forums already how troops have no images no stats and no TRAIN option , stop stalling.

Me too, I have all this problems too. It's not so funny, when the ressis are flowing over and no troops can build. PLEASE PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!

...and another problem here..... I can't build a ID for my login in the pc-version.

I always get a mistake and have to contact the support. So, here I am.

I played this game with my tablet for some years ago, maybe, this is the problem, but please help here too.

Same problems here - posted in the RoB Forum in Facebook and got this response from a Moderator earlier:

"Anastasiia Aleksandrova: Hello! These bugs should be fixed now. Make sure your Application is updated to the latest version and check whether bugs are fixed for you now."

I checked and they weren't!

Here too, after the newest update nothing works fine. No troops to build, Amelias Gift will not work.

PLEASE DO A BETTER UPDATE FOR US

Now into the fifth day of not being able to play the game.

Five days of not building any units has weakened my castle, yet android users have been building, getting rewards, raiding, doing daily/weekly quests.

When will the game get fixed ? Is this even the right forum to get results ? or do we all need to go to google play and express our feedback ?

I think they fixed them! When I logged in there was an update and (touch wood!) it seems they have finally fixed things.

Maybe you still have old data files cache in your pc. If it is working for 1 player then it should work for others too.

Try CCleaner app or something similar to remove registries etc.

Game is open only some hours a day for PC users. Couldn't get in yesterdays for some hours, in the afternoon it worked, today I am stuck ath the prophecies loike you. Gandalf, please don't recommend messing up peoples windows installations with 3rd party apps that never keep what they promise.

Sorry, but after the update yesterday it works for me for just an hour and than ......NOTHING......some hours later.......NOTHING.

Today the same, I can't get into the game. It's not so funny and I get to hate this game!!!!!!!

One my Windows 10 laptop I can get intoo the game. On my Windows 7 machine I am stuck at the prophecies. Tried to reinstall the plarium app, emptied the internet cache, nothing heelped. This game really sucks.
