Unable to login in iPhone or Android

- Please write down below under this post thread in detail the problem you are facing and provide screenshots links

What causes loading issues?

There are several reasons why you may experience loading issues in the game. Every issue has a possible solution. Please make sure that you performed all the steps in the instruction below before taking further actions.

1. The game application’s cache may be causing issues. You can resolve them by clearing old cached data. To do so, follow the instructions below:

For iOS: Please try restarting your game by removing it from your task tray, and then relaunching it. To do so, double-click the Home button, then swipe up on the app to close it; launch the game again. If the issue persists, please reboot your device.

For Android OS: Please clear the game’s cache. Go to your device's Settings menu -> Application manager -> app name -> Clear cache.

2. The device may be overloaded if too many applications are running. Please close all running applications and relaunch the app.

3. Your internet connection may not be running optimally, or your bandwidth may be overloaded. To resolve this issue, go to your device’s Settings and switch off the Wi-Fi connection. Wait a few minutes, then turn it back on.

4. The game may not be updated to the latest version.

Over 24 hours now - since the last "fix"!! Loads about 82% then get this screen, retry does nothing, and abort takes me to a screen to select server, then stays at 82%

Am playing on Plarium app on a laptop (as I cannot play on my phone!), where Age of War works perfectly.

Clicking support does nothing..  Same with Retry ..


Clicking abort shows

Unless there are massive complaints here from multiple players for me to contact Support, please wait till 29-May-2018 for the game deveopers to look in to this.

There are also some complaints on the Facebook RoB Forum about the same issue. Response from a moderator was to reinstall the app, which I did, but made no difference.
I know it is a Beta for Windows users, but since we can make purchases we should have the same "rights" as mobile users!!

Four Days later...


Still cannot play the game.


Could not use the forum yesterday either it was down.


How do i get a refund for the money i have spent in the game ? Seems fair as Plarium has denied me access to the game.

"please use alternate ways to login to game meanwhile" - what alternatives do you suggest for a player who can ONLY play on a laptop with the app for Windows?
The game appears to be OK now - looks like they have fixed the fix.

Hello,

Problem with the app has been fixed now.

Players in all servers should have received the Free Gift yesterday as a small compensation for inconvenience.

Using PC App, I cant load the game today. tried reinstalling the app, but no difference. when you load the game it says you need a new version, and gives you a download button (which doesnt work)


game was updated to 1.95.2 today (on android app store). but PC App downloads 1.95.1

Also using Desktop App on Windows 10 and receiving the same "New Version" message with a download button that does nothing. This has been occurring since earlier today.

Why release an update to the game that breaks it for Window PC players ? Common sense tells me they should check it before deploying it.


A repeat of the May experience..

I have the same problem - yesterday it told me there was a new version, but the link to download it did nothing. Today I get the same message as above telling me (wrongly!) that I have no internet connection.

We (windows app users) get this EVERY time there is an update - as I have said before it might be a Beta, but it still takes our money so should provide us the service!

The first post in this thread is wrong.


Support offers no assistance.


There reply is "Download and install the app from Google Play store again"...


It is a windows pc app not an andriod application from google.. If they fail at that understanding, what support can they offer ? 


Anyway another half day gone


.. My money is on another 4 days like in May

Finally able to get back in - but lost time on the latest tournament, and very lucky not to have lost all my Offensive troops who were locked out by the game crashing while they were returning from a BG, which started I assume when the update was pushed through.

Two days of missed quests, tournaments, battlegrounds and then is the expired chests.. Well it is only an (sic) android game for a phone nothing really important
