You go to In transit or Keep "in transit" tab then click the red X by it within the first several seconds or minute before it is no longer cancelable.

Pleease change that stupid rule :P I am just know, atacking a guy i DONT whant to raid, and havto see it through just becouse lousy 50 sec's chance :P I will loose, couse i have messed him and his League to send Defence and CRUSH my army, but it's rediculous that that hasto be thi way, instead of just, make it possible to cansel at any time i choose...
