Not getting tournament credit

Solo dragon tournament  happening. I just slayed a monster and upgrade f dragon art, but tournament points NOT give to me.

I went to dragon art NOT through the tournament button. Does tht mean I just lose out on my rewards? Seems unfair.

I think it's a bug.

Please contact Support team.

Be patient, investigating your problem can take some time.

Unfortunately, I dunno what conclusion support will give you...

No, they dId not appear, even later. In fact, I have had tourney point total issues with the dragon tourney, with the solo development tourney, and with the league tourney.


Twice now, I  have made large game  purchases of Sapphires / boosts in order to Maximize building & Arts development during tourneys only to see totals sporadically increase.


In fact I have become somewhat OCDr  (obsessive compulsive) with taking screen shots before every change. Unfortunately, I get inundated with screenshots which don't "prove" anything. 


Also, I have had four complaint tickets closed (i.e., ignored), days late and requesting exact times, or stating all rewards were given when I have screenshots showing otherwise.


I am of the mind that customer support thinks the game is always correct, and my reports of errors are seen as distractions.


Sadly, I am becoming disenfranchised with the game and my long term playing prospects are diminishing. 


It seems short-sided on the comeanies part as I have spent over $200 US in two months, but have begun to feel like I am wasting my money on a system which consumes Sapphires far

Yes, I have submitted numerous tickets to support--approx 7. Unfortunately, the answers have been lacking. I have had responses that ticket was submitted to the wrong category  (and case was being closed), that there was no problem--game working correctly (and case was being closed), and some other answer that did not address my concerns (and that case was being closed). 


My impression so far has been that Customet upport
