How do you find new beacons? Can any league member find them or is it something only the marshal can do?

Hi.
New beacons from time to time are activeted in game by Plarium.
So now there are certain number of beacons that can be captured or recaptured.
There is no sсhedule of activation. But when it comes - announce in chat will be posted. Those who are fastest and strongest will get advantage.Apr 14, 2016, 01:1304/14/16

Anyone can find them on beacon map after plarium activation.

"Those who are fastest and strongest"?? my tuck as...those who are closest to the boring, square, evenly spaced grid Plarium places beacons upon will likely win a new beacon. Unless the global display just approximates locations...which does not seem the case. What about a true RANDOM placement, including at map edges? To chaotic and creative for Plarium programmers???

Nice idea, but don' think Plarium will do so. Large distance - a great time on the road.
The days and weeks on the road - this is overkill.
PS Some leagues use this feature to place their Capital on the other side of the earth =)
