2x solo pvp reward

So this 2x tourney going on. When I click on it, it says that I won't get the 2x multiplier because I was promoted to a full fledged member more than halfway through the current tournament. That's not right. I've been full member in my league for almost 7 days already. Need to fix this. And I'm not the only one that's seeing this message in error.

 i have the same problem and didn't get my x2 rewards even i have been in the league over 2 weeks

If you are a full member and not in neophites slots, than this can be a bug.

Please, contact Support team.

I had the same problem and also most of my league mates. We opened multiple tickets but they weren't solved. I hope we will get the x2 for the points we did.

Yesterday we have credited the rewards to all our players. If you did not receive any rewards and no letters from Oberon, please let our Support Team know about that.
