Cant build troops

For 14 days the support is not able to repair my account !! Become no answers!!  Cant build troops and cant use recources.....

All  Details?? At 7.june i write First time to Support with screenshots.. my troops build 3 weeks infanterie Okulte and all the others. But nothing happend. I spend a lot of booster and saphires but 3 weeks still again. My recources are more full and cant save, because i cant build units!!! Now i write every day to the Support but 

i become no answer. And now,,??? I spend a lot of money and my Account is dead because Plarium do nothing since over 14 dayss

Nothing changed. I cant build troops after the Update from tomorrow. Cache is empty. Game new install. I CANT USE MY ACCOUNT!!!!

I used the link but nothing happend!!! Now im waiting 3 weeks!!!!! Is this the service from plarium for the players??

And the next day without an answer....no email from Support. No email here and no compensation!!! 4 weeks without build units!!! Thats plarium....yeah!!

And the next day....!!! But you are clever....you do nothing and wait so long i cant build again. And what is with all recources i lose? With all units i had can build since 4 weeks??

For 1 month I have certainly made all the information 5x. How often?? Now that the wait of the troops building is over .... now you want to find the mistake ??? You want to annoy me right?

Hello, Lord. The issue with troops training is already fixed. Still, if you face any other issues, please, contact our support team on this matter.

And now???  "Im sorry, our mistake and your bad luck" or what want you say to me for the last 5 weeks without build troops??? Nothing ?? Is that the Service from Plarium for player they play the game over 3 years?

Then please ask your team. It can not be that I could not build anything for 4 weeks and now I have to live with it !!! it is your fault and not mine !!

And you do nothing again.....i have contact with Plarium email too and nothing happend.  THATS PLARIUM and you are Wondering that peoples stop playing???
